This month was definitely not our easiest. Lucy went through a two week period where she did sleep well at night. She would sleep, then wake up around 1am for an hour or two, fall back asleep, and then wake up again around 4am for another hour or two. Plus, she had two colds, Ava had a cold, Brent and I got a cold, and just to top it off, the stomach flu visited for about a week. Lucy did cut two teeth, which may have been culprits for our sleepless nights. She also mastered rolling over and is almost sitting up completely by herself. When she sleeps, Lucy will sleep about twelve hours an night. She is taking two solid naps a day. She also made the transition to no swaddle. About an hour to an hour and half in the morning and another hour and half to two hours in the afternoon. Lucy is eating solid foods three times a day and takes milk four times a day. She also had her first trip to the zoo. Two trips actually, one to the Denver Zoo and one to the Cheyenne Zoo with DD. Despite all the sickness and lack of sleep, she is still the happiest little thing!
