The beginning of March, Brent and I were able to take a little vacation to the mountains...just the two of us!! Brent's mom came in town to watch Ava (Thanks DD). Brent and I headed to Steamboat Springs for four nights. It was just what we needed. We had a great time walking around town, eating out, watching movies, cross country skiing, and sleeping in. The weather was amazing so we had lots of time to enjoy the beauty of the mountains. I forgot our camera, but thanks to the iphone, we were able to get a view pictures.

I had never cross country skied before and I am not a downhill skier, but we decided to give it a try. Turns out it was super fun...and hard! I was exhausted after about 4 hours of it. But, it was a great experience, and something we plan to do more of next winter. Here are two videos from our adventure.
